These Terms govern your use of the 6 AM Manifestation Club website and membership, operated by Neuro Healing Wellness Academy.
By using this website or joining the Club, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Membership
- You must be at least 18 years old to join.
- Membership is a monthly subscription (currently ₹369/month, unless shown otherwise at checkout).
- There is no batch system — you may join anytime, including after 3 August 2026.
- Membership is for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.
2. Payments, cancellation & refunds
- Payments are processed through our secure checkout page.
- You authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
- You may cancel anytime through the account settings used at signup.
- Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and applicable platform rules.
3. Content
All Club materials (sessions, recordings, text, and branding) belong to us. You may use them only for personal development while your membership is active. Do not copy, share, or sell Club content without our permission.
4. Important disclaimers
This program is for educational and personal-development purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and results are not guaranteed.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Club will not exceed one month of membership fees paid by you.
6. Changes
We may update the Club or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
